Bramall Homes Ltd, trading as East Sussex Garage Conversions (company number 11953192), Cottenden Farm, Battenhurst Road, Stonegate, East Sussex TN5 7DT, is the controller of the personal information you give us through this website and uses it to survey, quote for and deliver your project. What we collect and why

• Your name, phone number, email, postcode and what you tell us about your garage, so we can arrange a survey and send a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• If you become a customer, the details needed to deliver and invoice the work, kept to meet our contractual, tax and building regulations obligations.
• With your consent only, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel). You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the website and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), our email provider, and our job management system. Some may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within two years. Customer records are kept for as long as the law and our warranties require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
